Easy Pension offers a straightforward approach to estimating your projected annual and monthly retirement benefits. In contrast to other pension calculation applications that can be complex and difficult to navigate, Easy Pension provides clear descriptions for each input, simplifying the process for users.

The initial step involves inputting your three highest annual salaries in dollars during your career. These do not need to be sequential or specific to your first or last three years; any three high-earning years are acceptable.

Next, enter the percentage factor of your pension plan. This value is unique to each plan and signifies the portion of your income that you will receive as a pension. Typically, this percentage ranges between 1.5% and 3%.

Finally, specify the duration of your employment by entering years and months. If the months component is zero, it can be left blank. This information contributes to the calculation of your estimated pension income.

After entering all required data, clicking the calculate button will display your estimated annual and monthly pensions in dollars. Please note that these figures are approximate predictions and may vary slightly from actual outcomes.
